We’re building something special at Burtch Animal Hospital and are looking for a team-oriented DVM to join us. With new leadership, a renovated space, updated standards of care, and fear-free techniques, this is an exciting time to come on board.

This role offers a mix of medical, surgical, and dentistry cases, with flexibility for part-time or full-time hours. We’re looking for someone who is kind, collaborative, and communicative, with a positive, growth-oriented mindset.

Full-time compensation ranges from $125K–$135K plus monthly production bonus opportunities, with sign-on bonus and relocation support available. We also offer CE allowance, paid licensing, uniform allowance, health and dental benefits, RRSP matching, and paid vacation and sick days.

Located in the heart of the Okanagan, Kelowna offers the perfect balance of career and lifestyle, with access to lakes, wineries, and year-round outdoor activities.
