Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)

Parkhill Animal Hospital is looking for a part-time Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our friendly and collaborative team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, values teamwork, and is comfortable supporting different areas of the clinic to help the day run smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent patient care and technical support
• Monitoring and assisting with anesthesia and surgical procedures
• Performing dentistry procedures
• Taking and processing diagnostic radiographs
• Supporting the team with reception duties when required
• Providing client education to support pet health and wellness

Qualifications:

• Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Strong technical skills in anesthesia, dentistry, and radiology
• Comfortable assisting with both clinical and reception responsibilities
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
