Vernon Veterinary Clinic requires a full time client service representative/receptionist to join our team.

This individual will be enthusiastic, punctual, responsible with a strong work ethic, flexible and possess the initiative to work individually as well as work well as a team. The clinic is fast paced and the ability to multitask is essential.

Job requirements:

     ·Create a warm and welcoming environment for our patient and pet parents

     ·Demonstrate experience in a fast-paced environment

     ·Capable of working autonomously

     ·Capable of following direction and performing at a high standard

     ·Ability to work as part of a team

     ·Ability to remain calm and efficient in stressful situations

     ·Positive outlook and enthusiasm

     ·Excellent time management skills

     ·Excellent customer service skills

     ·Excellent communication skills

Duties include but are not limited to:

     ·Answer phone calls on a multiline phone system

     ·Schedule appointments on Ezyvet IT system

     ·Placing outbound calls to pet parents for follow-up and future appointment/bookings

     ·Respond and manage email correspondence

     ·Invoicing/billing; creating estimates, process payment

     ·File documents electronically

     ·Stock shelves

     ·Additional administrative & housekeeping duties

Job Type: Full time

Hourly rate: $19
