Abbotsford Animal Hospital in Aurora, Ontario, is seeking a Managing Veterinarian to guide our collaborative multi-doctor team through its next stage of growth and continued clinical excellence.

Your Role as Managing Veterinarian

In this leadership position, you will shape both the medical direction and culture of the hospital while maintaining an active clinical presence. You will:

  • Provide strong medical leadership and uphold high standards of care
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and patient-first culture
  • Build trust, alignment, and engagement across the team
  • Drive clinical quality, consistency, innovation, and growth
  • Support thoughtful, people-focused change management
  • Mentor, inspire, and develop veterinarians and support staff
  • Uphold high medical, ethical, and professional standards

Our Facility & Medicine

Our modern hospital supports advanced diagnostics and care, including ultrasound, digital radiography, endoscopy, and advanced orthopedic surgery. We are committed to providing the tools and infrastructure needed to deliver high-quality, progressive medicine.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation & Benefits: Attractive compensation range from $120,000 - $160,000 based on experience, leadership bonuses, comprehensive health and dental coverage, RRSP matching, paid vacation, and CE allowance.
