Our reception team is the heart of the client experience, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinic and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

The Role:

This is primarily a front desk, client-facing role, including:

• Welcoming clients and creating a positive, supportive first impression
• Managing phones, scheduling, and appointment flow in a busy environment
• Handling client questions, payments, and coordination of care
• Supporting overall clinic organization and communication
• Occasional assistance to the veterinary team as needed

Who You Are:

• Experience in a veterinary clinic or fast-paced customer service role is required
• Friendly, professional, and compassionate with clients and patients
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Highly organized and able to stay calm under pressure
• A team player who takes initiative and keeps things moving
