Customer Service Representative

We are a busy veterinary hospital dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and outstanding service to their families. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our collaborative team.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive experience from check-in to check-out. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·Greet clients, patients warmly and professionally

·Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently

·Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures

·Process payments and maintain accurate medical records

·Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth workflow

·Manage client concerns with empathy and professionalism

·Maintain a clean, organized front desk and reception area

What we are looking for:

·Outstanding customer service and communication skills

·Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced setting

·Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

·Genuine desire to collaborate with dogs and cats

·Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

·Previous customer service experience required (veterinary experience preferred but not required)
